Base Salary Range: $103,480.00 - $119,787.20

Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel Seattle is seeking a motivated and demonstrated leader for the position of Human Resources Manager. This supervisory position reports to the Controller and will partner with the NSSEA leadership team to help make Nucor Steel the safest and most sustainable steel manufacturer in North America. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in developing the leadership team of the future by taking a lead role in the areas of recruiting, organizational development, employee relations, and safety. The successful candidate will have proven experience in effective communications with internal and external stakeholders of all backgrounds. The Human Resources Manager will be relied upon as a subject matter expert in WA State employment law with familiarity in workers compensation, Seattle Sick Leave, ADA, FMLA, AAP, HIPAA, WPFL and unemployment administration. The Human Resources manager will also supervise the HR Administrator and oversee all employee benefit related programs, payroll, and personnel policies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience Demonstrated, broad based human resources management experience related to the above stated responsibilities, in a complex, demanding, and dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:
