Job DescriptionImplements human resources programs such as: talent acquisition, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, compliance, and completing personnel transactions.Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.Completes special human resources projects by clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and coordinating information; fulfilling transactions communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.Prepares information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Align with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; assisting management on needed actions.
