Kohler is seeking an experienced, strategic HR leader to partner with and advise executives as the HR
Business Partner for our Global Product Innovation (GPI) organization. As an experienced HR Business
Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders globally to deliver impactful talent solutions. Your passion

In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute innovative HR strategies and workforce plans to build capabilities that align
to organizational needs
• Craft people strategies that attract, retain and engage top talent, fostering belonging,
empowerment and a culture of innovation
• Provide strategic consultation and coaching to leaders on organizational change and talent
management
• Identify skills gaps and build programs to develop high-potential talent and future leaders
• Champion a culture of high performance, inclusion, and experience-based development
• Leverage data and insights to address talent challenges and retention proactively
• Guide diversity, equity and inclusion strategies to nurture belonging
• Partner with Global Product Innovation leaders in the US, China, India, and Europe
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Post graduate training in Human Resources or Management an asset.
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on business partnership.
Understanding of executive recruiting practices, succession planning, training, and development strategies, both within Kohler and external.

The salary range for this position is $91,950 - $116,800. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
