　　Job Overview

　　As an Intern in the Global Human Resources Business Unit, you will:

　　• Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and programs across Auto Americas

　　• Coordinate comprehensive analytics on our employee engagement survey 2024 and collaborate on the creation of a robust action plan for Auto Americas

　　• Partner with the Marketing team to elevate our communication experience.

　　• Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include talent attraction, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, compensation management, organization development, and training.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Lead TE's annual Engagement Survey

　　• Partner with Leaders to learn about current state in training and proposed areas of improvement

　　• Own and improve main HR's KPIs report out

　　• Have Received a High School Diploma or GED

　　• Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Management from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)

　　• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $17.64 - 36.75 per hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)

　　TE has a robust internship program that provides our interns with an abundance of resources to feel included as part of our Team. Every summer we coordinate various educational and networking events for our interns. The TE University Relations team will be hosting virtual meetups, information sessions, tours, skill building presentations, and topping it off with National Intern Day celebration activities.

Mentors serve as a guide to navigate the organization and provide additional support in their career endeavors at the company. Our program provides a holistic experience for interns that targets professional development and personal growth.

　　TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May.
