POSITION OVERVIEW New Year - New Opportunity! We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Canon Medical! RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with benefits administration and provide support to employees on benefit queries Support in the benefits open enrollment process Maintain electronic records and data integrity in HRIS to support compliance reporting Set up new employees in the HRIS and coordinate with payroll and IT Manage the learning management system and assign compliance training to employees Build and run HR and training reports on a weekly basis Assist with the hiring process by conducting background checks, and participating in new hire orientation Support the performance management process Communicate and document all employee status changes (new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.) Create verification letters related to employment, benefits and/or vendor credentialing verifications Manage the departure process by scheduling exit interviews, providing benefits information to departing employees Manage leave process, tuition reimbursement and company matching program Assist with the immigration processing for foreign employees Assist with compliance with federal and state employment law, labor regulations and governmental reporting requirements. Assist with implementation of HR policies and guidelines EDUCATION AND SKILLS Required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or business-related field 2+ years of experience working in a Human Resources role Experience working with HRIS systems (experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro preferred Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion Ability to work in a rapid and complex changing working environment is a must Preferred Experience working with Cognos reporting tool preferred PHR/SHRM-CP certification COMPANY OVERVIEW At Canon Medical Informatics (formerly Vital Images, Inc.), what we do matters.
