What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Generalist? You’ll be:
• Setting up payroll database for new employees and processing weekly payroll (must have vast experience on payroll process)
• Executing hiring process
• Gathering hiring documents for employees and elaborating employee files
• Registering new employees in the applicable data bases
• Coordinating with the areas to deliver the employee ID card, cellular phone, and other equipments required
• Performing onboarding sessions for new employees
• Recording and updating all payroll systems and information
• Completing the COBRA process, as well as managing other employee benefits such as 401K.
• Maintaining proper employee files both in office and in the external archive
• Performing all celebration's employees activities
• Delivering payslips
• Controlling contract´s database/notification of expiring date in advance
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Have advanced English skills
• Have experience with payroll systems and information
• Have knowledge of local regulations and statutory requirements
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
