Global ITAD- Project Coordinator
Executive Personal Computers (EPC), a premier IT equipment re-marketer, has an opportunity at the St. Charles, Missouri facility for a Global ITAD- Project Coordinator.

Brief Summary of Duties:Manage ITAD projects as they come into the Global ITAD department.Managing project creation and the management of documents after the equipment is processed.Respond as needed to customer needs relating to project coordination.Communicate with customers and service providers outside of normal work hours and on the weekends.Managing back-end project duties including expenses and invoicing.
Skills and/or Education Requirements:Highschool diploma or equivalent.Must have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.Organizing priority projects and high-profile customers.Incredibly detailed oriented with the ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience Required:Knowledge of project management.Experience in any of the following areas: data entry, and or ITAD field or bench work.Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.Ability to manage pressure situations.
Experience and/or Education Preferred:Experience in supporting ITAD project management.Have worked in the past with others in an international environment.Working knowledge of ITAD audit and data destruction procedures.Logistics background.
Personal Skills Preferred:Independent judgment to determine project guidelines, purpose, follow-through, and completion.Ability to meet deadlines and follow changing guidelines based on customer needs.Ethically minded and able to work under pressure in challenging environments.Ability to speak clearly and work effectively with clients and peers of diverse cultures.
