VACANCY for Human Resources Business Partner (Covering UK, South Africa & Nordics), based in our North London office (Enfield) -Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office, the rest working from home) will be offered after successful completion of 6 months of probation period
In the UK there are 3 offices, the main one based in North London, Enfield.
The number of staff based in the UK, South Africa, and Nordics is approximately 155.
The role is a very generalist role, and the essential duties and responsibilities of the role include the following:
Provide comprehensive HR advice to both managers and employees across the business.
Work as part of the HR team to own and drive HR initiatives and projects as and when required.
Work with managers to advise, influence, support, and challenge their decision-making.
Lead employee relations matters
Support with both formal and informal people issues
Build strong relationships within the business and with key stakeholders.
Work with the Head of HR to continuously review and improve internal processes to achieve best practice and deliver the best and most efficient HR service to the business.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish working with the hiring manager.
Lead on bespoke HR projects.
Manage onboarding process and employee life cycle including all relevant documentation/communications.
Manage and process all admin for 5 payrolls adhering to strict deadlines.
Management of employee benefits in all countries
Manage and process ad-hoc HR admin including HR KPI reporting.
Assist with Training and coaching as and when required.
Assist the Head of HR with Health and Safety and office/facilities management.
Maintaining HR systems (Success Factors and Mitrefinch)
Be involved with organizing Social Events with employee reps.
General Queries
Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Skills requirements for the role
CIPD (Level 5 or working towards) or equivalent
Proven HR generalist experience (5 to 10 years of experience preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, detail-orientated with effective time management
Experience in running HR projects/initiatives.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Be willing to travel to other offices based in Didcot, Oxford or Folkestone is required. A driving license is an advantage
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Advantage if have experience in using Attendance Management such as MitrefFinch and HR system called Success Factors.
Knowledge or experience of employment legislation in Finland, Sweden or South Africa would be desirable but not essential.
