Description:

　　Will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

　　Handling Employee Relations issues

　　Participating in the organizational development using department resources

　　Assisting with Change Management initiatives when necessary

　　participating in mediation, problem solving and conflict management practices

　　Staff Coaching and Mentoring

　　Playing a vital role in employee training and development

　　Employee Performance Improvement/Management

　　Talent Acquisition responsibilities

　　Participating and creating Employee Retention initiatives

　　Workplace investigation when necessary

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　BVA:

　　Experience working with Kronos

　　In order to qualify for the HR Manager role, they will need to have management experience

　　Bachelor's Degree in HR
