You'll also contribute to strategic discussions regarding people pyramid and career development metrics, aid in designing and maintaining user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards, execute personnel controlling and staff planning, and prepare analyses for senior management. Your responsibilities will also include providing support on data-related insights for Career Development Committees (such as evaluator averages to calibrate feedback grades, staff/pyramid planning, attrition, etc.) and conducting the necessary analytics in the process of determining variable compensation for the Consulting Team, including performance metrics analyses and bonus calculations. Finally, you'll answer all ad hoc people data and analytics requests.
