　　Seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our Human Resources team locatedin Pueblo, Colorado. The HR Coordinator will professionally assist andprovide support to our employees while working in a fast-paced environment.This position will interact with all levels of personnel, as well as providedirect administrative support to human resource functions.

　　Requirements

　　Associates or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, OrganizationalDevelopment, Management, or Business-related field or equivalentexperience in a manufacturing environment.Two-five years of administrative background/secretarial experience withHuman Resource related responsibilities preferred.Assist and provide logistical support with recruitment, onboarding,orientation, benefits, payroll, employee recognition, and basic laborrelation processesDemonstrated high level of leadership, interpersonal, time-management andorganizational skills in addition to being detail-oriented.Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment withminimal direction.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.Proficient in Microsoft Office with a high level of accuracyKnowledgeable of Oracle, KRONOS with exposure to HRIS systems preferred.Ability to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Compensation
