　　Position Details

　　Position Overview

　　The Director of Sales Development is responsible for developing, implementing and facilitating sales training materials, timelines and delivery methodologies for Aveanna AMS & PDS. Sales development deliverables will help ensure established goals and performance objectives for the division are achieved by way of improving the overall sales productivity, growth and retention of sales team members.

　　Essential Job Functions

　　Design and implement training strategies to address deficiencies, maximize field performance and influence growth while ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures

　　Collaborate with VP of Sales Support & sales leadership team on identified areas of sales process or product knowledge deficits and lead the development and implementation of educational initiatives

　　Monitor and adjust trainings to conform to changing policies and overall department objectives

　　Identify and present updates on new training ideas and processes to the VP of Sales Support and executive leadership team

　　Work collaboratively with sales, operations and clinical leadership to identify areas in need of educational support and training initiatives

　　Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands and requirements of the field sales team

　　Select and/or develop training aids such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia aids, computer tutorials, etc.

　　Make suggestions on improving performance and production

　　Assist in developing and implementing sales credentialing path

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree required

　　Minimum of five years health industry related sales experience

　　Previous training, coaching or mentoring experience preferred

　　Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve goals

　　Must be able to sit and climb stairs
