　　We are looking for a talent HSE SITE MANAGER, to join our specialized HEALTH AND SAFETY team in CD. JUAREZ, CHI., MEXICO.

　　In this position you will have an impact by:

　　-Leading the HSE site strategies and execution.

　　-Championing the CMI HSE initiatives and make sure the sites is aligned with all of them.

　　-Coaching and developing the HSE site team.

　　-Secure site compliance with the corporate and government regulations for HSE.

　　-Promoting safety culture in the sites for all levels.

　　Qualifications

　　To be successful in this position, you will need:

　　-Mora than 4 years in a similar role

　　-Continuous improvement focus.

　　-Strong Root Cause Analysis knowledge and experience.

　　-Extensive HSE systems and tools knowledge.

　　-Extensive Environmental standards knowledge.

　　-Safety focus culture champion.

　　-Strong Business Continuity and Crisis Management experience.

　　-Advanced English.
