　　What you’ll do:

　　Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Corporate Travel Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Flexible hybrid work schedule available from Beachwood, OH.

　　Position Overview:

　　The primary function of the role is to provide analytical, operational and communication support for both internal customers (travelers, executive assistants and corporate functions) and external vendors for the transient and meeting travel program and Executive Fleet Program in North America.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　• Under the leadership of the IPO Global Category Manager for Professional Services (Travel & Fleet) and in conjunction with respective functions stakeholders (such as corporate risk, insurance and liability, compensation& benefits, GFSS, internal audit, corporate communication, IT) align and deploy strategies for the travel category in the region, with accountability to positively impact the annual travel spend.

　　• Lead the Travel Program Communication for the internal customers and work close together with the TMC Key Account Manager to execute communication plan defined

　　• Act as key point of contact for the TMC, Travel Vendors and Eaton travelers and executive assistants community in the region for travel related matters and concerns (whether of service nature or contractual review nature)

　　• Responsible for providing Cost Out reporting for the region for the travel category.

　　• Responsible for deploying meeting and incentive program for the region with internal customers

　　• Responsible for the EVP (executive vehicle program) in the US and Canada work close to the functions involved in the management of for this program.

　　• Active participation into the travel program negotiation under the leadership of the IPO Global Category Manager for Travel.

　　• Day to day operational support regarding T&E Card acting as a back up for IPO Global Category Manager for Travel.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required (Basic) Qualifications:

　　• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.

　　• 5 years of experience in travel industry (Travel Agency, Airlines, Travel manager etc.)

　　• No relocation is being offered for this position only candidates located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered.

　　• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　• Desktop analytics (Excel and PowerPoint skills).

　　• Deep knowledge of the corporate travel industry

　　• Project management basis skills

　　• Knowledge of the Fleet industry is a plus.
