The Ventures & Acquisitions/Outsourcing Specialist provides functional subject matter expertise and support for the execution of post-acquisition integration of Accenture's ventures& acquisitions and outsourcing transactions in ASG.
Key activities include:
Drive HR integration planning and execution processes. Support development of preliminary HR solution plan for key human resource decisions, including compensation, benefits, perquisites, retirement/pension plans, payroll and salary grade structure, incentives, staffing approaches, culture, HR compliance and policies. Integrate and interlock with other functional areas to ensure HR work stream impacts are understood and factored in the overall solution:
• Plan the HR process impacts involving non-standard approaches (incl. conducting an analysis of the existing company agreements and their impact on the HR processes)
• Implement workarounds to HR standard-processes until harmonization finalization
• Contribute to further development of processes and procedures
• Able to identify risk, articulate to stakeholders and walk through mitigations
• Development and realization of training concepts for acquired HR teams
• Provide guidance to responsible project leads regarding the planning and execution of initial file transfers
• Responsible for professional leadership of the respective team member(s)
• Able to manage presentations to senior leaders

Qualifications:
• Employee should hold a degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree • Understanding of HR systems & knowledge across HR & People Programs
• Analytical skills to be able to deep dive and structure complex HR topics
• Competence in handling legal texts, reference material and V&A related documents
• Prior project and/or change management experience and/or experiencing developing talent programs
• Strong oral and written communication in German and English, facilitation, relationshipbuilding, and negotiation skills
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel (large data, formulas, pivots, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate ability to act in diverse environments, markets and cultures
• Project Management skills in an environment that required an ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently manage self and others in a project environment towards desired outcomes
• Flexibility and stress resistance, comfortable in dealing with uncertainty, strong solutionoriented client focus
• High level of professionalism and confidence, proven ability to work effectively with senior executives
• Experience with navigating complex matrix management organizations and exerting influence on team members from different organizations at all levels
• Experience in working within multifunctional teams involving various (HR) departments
