　　Role Summary: HR Transformation Senior Consultant - UKI market

　　Our customers are increasingly looking to improve their ability to support their employees to do their best work through effective HR teams supported by digital HR technology. Alight's HR Transformation is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR Transformation journeys. We help customers to achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on the digital HR operating model and HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs. We then help facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing the change management advice required to meet their goals.

　　The HR Transformation team is part of the wider team of Alight digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Alight's range of technology and outsourcing solutions. HR Transformation consultants contribute to Alight's success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals. As well as delivering 'fee-earning' consultancy projects we contribute to the success of the rest of the organisation by advising customers how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology.

　　The responsibilities:

　　As HR Transformation Consultant you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts and learn an ever more varied set of skills. There is great variety to this role. You will be working on many of the following activities, leading or as part of a global project team:

　　Work with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plansAdvise customers on how operating models, business processes and cloud HCM technology can support their business transformationEngage customers through innovative workshops, events and communicationsBuild customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change managementAllow customers to realise the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insightBuild strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities, shaping and selling advisory services alongside cloud technologyLead and manage global delivery programmes, resources and deliverables.Contribute to wider advisory practice development and developing innovative new services and our peopleBecome a thought leader in your field by (for example) publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry events

　　The Requirements

　　Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environmentProven business development experience, supporting proposals and RFP's for HR Transformation AdvisoryWorking knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis, and process mappingDeep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organisationsGenuine team player and collaborative workerAbility to build and maintain relationships with ability to inspire peopleExperience on developing and implementing HR operating models aligned with organizational strategiesWorking knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or CornerstoneExcellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audienceAvailability to travel to customers national and internationallyGood knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel
