WHAT YOU'LL DO

It is a temporary position to cover for an employee on parental leave, starting March 2024 and until end of January 2025.
Joining our team of dedicated HR professionals, you will assist with administrative and operational tasks related to contracts and onboarding, employee benefit administration, and HR communication. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop and the entire employee life cycle from an HR perspective. Together with our local HR team, you will work with local HR queries in close collaboration with HR teams across the Nordics. The role further involves:
Acting as a point of contact with for our Copenhagen staff
Creating and sending out HR communication
Updating and maintaining our HR system (Workday)
Formulating employment agreements
Preparing and implementing onboarding of new employees
Actively contributing to the HR team in various daily tasks
YOU'RE GOOD AT
You are ambitious and driven, with a passion for HR, and some knowledge on HR related topics
You are service minded and a good communicator
You are structured and value confidentiality to the highest degree
You have the ability to work independently on an operational level and take ownership of managing personal data with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
You are skilled in Microsoft Office
You are proficient in Danish and English
