Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in the manufacturing industry, located in Obetz, Ohio, United States. You will be expected to work on-site, handling HRIS systems, and employee timesheets, amongst other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and review employee timesheets, making necessary corrections

• Engage in direct communication with supervisors for timesheet approvals

• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for various HR tasks

• Handle employee concerns professionally, working towards effective solutions

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and changes

• Ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. Requirements • Proficiency in using Paycom software

• Experience with managing and processing employee timesheets

• Ability to review and approve timesheets accurately

• Capability to handle and update employee changes effectively

• Knowledge and experience in using HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Previous experience working in an HR Department

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
