Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business is seeking a Regional MarketingManager to support its rapidly growing U.S. operations. This team helps publicsector clients modernize their infrastructure, become more sustainable andresilient, and achieve their visions for healthy, safe and productivecommunities. Clients include federal, state, county and citygovernments, K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.
The Regional Marketing Manager will act as a strategic business developmentpartner to our West Region to help the sales team accelerate growth. Thisposition will lead marketing strategy for assigned territories including butnot limited to CA, CO and AZ. A key part of this role is client-facing,working closely with sales staff both pre- and post-win to providecommunications services to clients seeking to boost their brand reputation asa part of their sustainability project. Client engagements include branding,public relations and community events. In addition, the Regional MarketingManager will work to increase Schneider's regional brand presence and toplan and execute lead generation campaigns and conferences. This position willrequire a high producing, exceptionally creative, wickedly smart, andcollaborative individual contributor who can pivot on a dime, managemultiple projects at once, and work successfully with both internal andexternal stakeholders at every organizational level. Position Responsibilities:
Lead your market.Continually assess market trends and opportunities, client needs and thecompetitive landscape to develop a marketing strategy that best supportsregional growth objectives.Develop annual marketing plans to improve brand awareness and accelerate thesales pipeline. Includes campaign planning, budgeting, vendor managementand cross-organizational collaboration.Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement highly custom, targetedcampaigns. Includes tactics such as e-mail marketing, webinars, socialmedia and advertising.
Delight our clients.Partner with Sales to engage directly with c-level clients such as mayors andsuperintendents to evaluate client communication and branding needs as a partof their modernization project.Deliver agency-style campaigns on clients' behalf to promote them as leadersin sustainability, champions of community development andcommunities/schools of choice. Includes branding, PR, videos,websites, social media, community events and more.Help cast a compelling vision of what a public-private partnership withSchneider Electric would be like through sales enablement support such as thedevelopment of conference presentations, proposal content and graphics,and sales collateral.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with an energy servicescompany, utility, consulting or financial services company, or amarketing/advertising firmProven performance in managing successful brand awareness and lead generationcampaignsKeen understanding of sales enablement and the importance of marketing/salesalignmentExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsProven project management experienceStrong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)Graphic design experience a plusExperience and interest in energy or sustainability industries a plusPersonal qualities: self-driven, confident, perseverant, reliable,direct, detail oriented, curious, and creativeWriting and work samples must be provided
For this po ition, the expected compensation range is $96,000 -$144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidateslocated within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined byreviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salaryrange, individual pay is determined by several factors includingperformance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation or training.
