　　Participate in company's recruitment and selection process, including preparation of job announcements, development of advertisements, fliers, and other application materials.

　　Assist in the screening of application and the scheduling and scores.

　　Process applicant files, letters, and arrange oral panel interviews with departments.

　　Prepare personnel action formsfor a variety of pay changes

　　Assures that probationary reviews are conducted in a timely manner

　　Plans organize and coordinates orientation training

　　Explains various health insurance programs

　　Prepares and submits state unemployment and disability insurance claims
