We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Human Resources team as the Sr. HR Partner working with our technology and product leaders.In this position you will partner with senior leaders of the Delivery Experience Product and Tech organizations along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The Sr. HRP directly supports multiple senior leaders across regions/businesses, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of talent development, performance management, employee relations, and insights related retention and performance, while educating to enhance manager capability and self-service. We are looking for Human Resource professionals who have the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions.Key job responsibilities* Make high judgement decisions with limited guidance and consistently operate with autonomy and discretion.* Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience* Provide guidance and coaching to enhance leadership capabilities to enable them to be great managers* Partner with central teams to improve processes and influence product development* Implement proactive mechanisms to enable business leaders to achieve key goals.* Leverage business knowledge to inform and set HR performance goals to positively impact business deliverables, efficiency, and profitability* Identify broader themes in performance related matters, employee development, and retention; identify root causes, take action, and coach managers* Evaluate existing HR structures, processes, and systems and identify opportunities for centralization and streamlining, and sharing feedback and influencing Amazon and D&S teams.* Drive the implementation of standardized HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistency and compliance.* Develop and deliver training programs to upskill HR teams and promote adoption of new processes and systems.* Understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work* Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling* Experience in leading across multiple sites/buildings and geographies* Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement* Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environmentAbout the teamDEX is a worldwide product and technology organization that builds and enables products, programs, and services that make it easier for customers to control when, where, and how they receive earth's largest selection.
