About TikTok GPRD
This role is responsible for supporting the HR strategic direction of the TikTok Product and Engineer teams globally. The role will help to develop and scale HR programs with all internal stakeholders both global to local (e.g. HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Center Of Excellence, and the aligned business teams).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global HR Leaders to drive high-priority and high-impact initiatives across groups.
- Support Talent Management and Engagement activities, including Annual Performance Reviews, Employee Engagement Surveys, New-hire Onboarding, and other related initiatives.
- Ensure global alignment by driving communication while adapting programs to local market needs.
- Achieve effective collaboration with COEs to address business pain points and follow through on solutions.
- Use a variety of OE/OD and change management practices to promote the adoption of initiatives across teams.
- Invest in learning and growth opportunities for our internal HR team's development.
- Design and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline expansion activities and develop dashboards for monitoring key people and organizational health indicators.
- Foster strong relationships with local and global HR teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and improve the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high performance 5 years experience in HR Business Partner, HR COE, or PMO roles.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to approach HR challenges in a consultative manner.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage programs and stakeholders effectively using a structured, data-driven approach.
- Experience in partnering with international stakeholders and colleagues, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability in a global context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information concisely.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, with an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a dynamic working environment.
- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, I/O Psychology, or other Business Management related fields.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124800 - $228000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
