  Responsibilities

  The Opportunity

  Within the dynamic landscape of HR Operations, the Total Rewards team is excited to offer an Executive Compensation HR Operations Manager role. This exciting and unique role demands an exceptional focus on details and streamlined processes. This role assumes crucial responsibility, overseeing day-to-day management of critical executive compensation areas and independent oversight of key aspects, including Long-Term Incentive (LTI) grant cycles, LTI choice, and Board of Directors plan. This role will partner with HR Ops sector leads, external vendors, Total Rewards COE, legal, treasury, and finance team members to ensure seamless execution. These responsibilities provide numerous opportunities for visibility by senior leadership. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing onshore team member, partner with offshore team members, day-to-day vendor relationships and technology development, and communications related to Executive Compensation.

  This highly visible position will also be responsible for system implementation or changes, preparing and presenting scorecard/dashboard presentations to key stakeholders, sector CHROs, Total Rewards and Global HR Operations leadership teams on Executive Compensation related matters. In addition, this role will support the initiatives of other global HR Operations systems including but not limited to New Functionality, Change Management, Reporting, Data Integration and maintenance of security.

  This unique opportunity will potentially create several career paths after successfully completing an assignment in Executive Compensation HR Operations. These opportunities include but are not limited to other HR Operations roles at Corporate Headquarters or sectors, other specialist or broader roles within the Corporate Control, Finance, Total Rewards or HR functions.

  Your Impact

  As HR Ops Manager your scope would consist of:

  Close partnership with Total Rewards COE to support on various initiatives and execution of design and governance changes.Serve as a single point of contact with finance, legal teams to adhere to program management activities globally.Partner with cross-functional team members for settlement of annual and offcycle awards.Manage day to today relationship with vendor partner to bring external perspective and develop scorecards.Independently manage annual LTI award choice window for executives globally and lead end-to-end grant generation cycle of annual, pro-rata, and special LTI awards.Partner with legal team to finalize Terms and Conditions of LTI awards for grant acceptance process.Perform duties as a SOX Control/Process Owner for the Exec Comp HR Operations team to ensure all SOX documentation is up to date as a part of quarterly SOX sign-off process.Manage onshore team member and partner with offshore team members.

  Qualifications

  ¿Who Are We Looking For?

  6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a global corporation in HR or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources or related experience required.Deep experience in HR Operations, or Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Executive Compensation) is a must. Specifically, handling global programs, confidential data, and complex issue resolution etc.Experience in managing or administering global equity compensation programs for a large organization preferred.Should have worked in or supported an operating business, and ideally have experience with the executive population.Strong data analysis skills couple with knowledge of SAP HCM or a similar HRMS system.Effectively communicate with different constituencies and stakeholders via multiple channels (e.g., presentations, conference calls, email).Good project management skills and experience implementing complex projects.Ability to manage external vendors and collaboration with cross-functional team members is a must.Effective problem-solving skills; proactive approach to identify risks and propose solutions.High degree of initiative and attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision.Ability to manage concurrent assignments/projects and identify priorities.English Advanced is a must.
