Description:
Prescreen candidates and determine if qualified for position
Create offer letters, conduct background searches and process Drug screenings
Manage New Hire Orientation and On-boarding process
Conduct employee surveys to learn way to improve our process, training and effective ways to innovate overall
Provide Safety Training for all employees and certify them once course is passed
Handle all the administrative duties, from sending offer letters to rejection emails, personnel record and database
Administer New hire skill testing according to position applied for
Coordinate and maintain internal and external career opportunities communication
Prepare, format and translate HR forms, memos and other communication
Follow up with new hires benefits and conduct benefits open enrollment meetings
Consolidate benefit invoices to match our premiums
Enroll employees in 401 (k) plan and handle contribution changes accordingly
Assist with FMLA process
Plan and coordinate company events
Organize Employee Engagement Programs/ Employee Recognition Program
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience working in Human Resources
Experience with recruiting
