We're looking for an exceptional HR Generalist to become the master of all things HR-related. You'll be the go-to resource for employees and managers alike, providing expert support on everything from onboarding and benefits to payroll and performance management. But you're not just a paper pusher – you're a data magician who can transform spreadsheets into actionable insights and use your HRIS knowledge to streamline processes and make our lives easier.

Your Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Source top talent, manage the hiring process, and create a welcoming onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
Compensation and Benefits: Ensure accurate payroll processing, administer benefits programs, and answer employee questions about their pay and perks.
Employee Relations: Be the champion for our employees! Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
HRIS and Data Management: Keep our HRIS system singing, analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities, and use your Excel expertise to create insightful reports and presentations.
Policy and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensure company policies are followed, and implement new policies as needed.

Requirements
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a related role.
You're an Excel whiz who can build complex formulas, analyze data, and create visually appealing reports.
You have experience using HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.) and are a quick learner.
You're a strong communicator who can handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
You're a self-starter with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
You're passionate about HR and excited to learn and grow in your career.
