DUTIES: PREPARE & COOK MENUITEMS THAT REQUIRE SHORT PREPARATION TIME SUCH AS BURGERS, PIZZA, ANDCHICKEN WINGS. PLATE, GARNISH AND SERVE CUSTOMERS. TAKE ORDERS FROM ANDACCEPT PAYMENT FROM THE COUNTER. CLEAN WORK EQUIPMENT AND AREAS,COUNTERS AND TABLES. SCHEDULE: 40hrs p/wk. MONDAY-SUNDAY HOURS:11AM-10PM. WAGE: SLIDING SCALE \$19.93-\$22.00 P/HR REG PAY BASED ONPERFORMANCE. MAY GET UP TO 10HRS OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE. Whenavailable, OT rate is \$29.90-\$33.00 P/HR. A SINGLE WORKWEEK WILL BEUSED TO COMPUTE WAGES. LOCATION(S): 1. THE EMPLOYER WILLPROVIDE WORKERS AT NO CHARGE ALL TOOLS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREDTO PERFORM THE JOB. H-2B WORKERS WILL BE REIMBURSED IN THE FIRSTWORKWEEK FOR ALL VISA, VISA PROCESSING, BORDER CROSSING, AND OTHERRELATED FEES, INCLUDING THOSE MANDATED BY THE GOVERNMENT (EXCLUDINGPASSPORT FEES). TRANSPORTATION (INCLUDING MEALS AND, TO THE EXTENTNECESSARY, LODGING), TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE PROVIDED, ORIT\'S COST TO WORKERS REIMBURSED, IF THE WORKER COMPLETES HALF OF THEEMPLOYMENT PERIOD. EMPLOYER AGREES TO REIMBURSE INBOUND TRANSPORTATIONAND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES (SUBSISTENCE IS \$15.46 PER DAY MINIMUM,WITHOUT RECEIPTS, TO A MAXIMUM OF \$59 PER DAY, WITH RECEIPTS) FROM THEPLACE FROM WHICH THE WORKER HAS COME TO WORK FOR THE EMPLOYER, WHETHERIN THE US OR ABROAD, TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. RETURN TRANSPORTATIONAND SUBSISTENCE WILL BE PROVIDED IF THE WORKER COMPLETES THE EMPLOYMENTPERIOD OR IS DISMISSED EARLY BY THE EMPLOYER. TEMPORARY FULL TIMEEMPLOYMENT.
