JOB REQUIREMENTS: North America Sales and Marketing PES Scope ofleadership role This role is responsible for providing HR leadership tothe Sales and Marketing teams and leaders within the Power EfficiencySolutions (PES) segment of Regal Rexnord. Because this role supports afield organization, the role can be based either in the Milwaukee areaor remotely. This role will manage the Customer Service HR Manager insupporting the North America commercial teams. Scope of leadership roleThe North America Sales & Marketing organization drives \$1B+ in revenuethrough direct and indirect channels. Reporting to the VP of HR for thePES Segment, the Director of Human Resources will serve as a key partnerto the VP Sales and VP Strategy and Marketing and direct reports. Thisrole is also an important member of the Segment\'s HR leadership team,contributing to the segment\'s HR strategy, direction and overalleffectiveness. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for leadingthe region commercial human resources strategy and, with the HRLeadership Team for the segment, defining, developing and implementingstrategic HR initiatives to influence the segment\'s revenue growth andprofitability. The HR Director will be responsible for leveraging theirexperience to manage and execute the North America commercialorganization\'s full scope of talent acquisition, workforce planning,and leadership development. It will build a high quality and diverseleadership pipeline, conduct succession planning, performancemanagement, drive associate engagement, and promote workforce diversityand inclusion. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning Conductsworkforce planning based on strategy and leverage data and analytics toidentify priorities. Assesses needs and draws connections across thebusiness; identifies implications from a talent, structure and skillsrequirements. Develops organizational design and restructuring plans tooptimize resource allocation. Talent Management/LeadershipDevelopment/Diversity & Inclusion Develops and leads the talentmanagement initiatives to establish a robust pipeline of diverseleadership talent. Leverages talent across the Segment and Enterprise(facilitator) to identify opportunities for developing leadershiptalent. Key partner in facilitating the development and execution ofexperience based development plans for high potentials. Manages thetalent review and succession planning process; provides expertise andguidance to the business leadership and HR teams.
