JOB TITLE: Golf Course Maintenance Worker I

　　MUSTS: Must have high school diploma or GED, and have valid ColoradoDriver's License with good driving record. Must be at least 18 years of agedue to the nature of work. Must be able to pass background check and drugscreening. Be able to perform the physical requirements of the job toinclude, but not limited to; standing and walking for extended periods,bending, overhead reaching, twisting/turning, kneel/squat, sit,climb stairs/ladders, push/pull up to approximately 75 to 100 pounds,lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

　　SKILLS: Groundskeeping, good customer service for patrons, good verbalcommunication, ability to follow both verbal and written directions,general safety knowledge, knowledge of motor vehicle and traffic laws,general knowledge of equipment and materials used to do job.

　　DUTIES: Work will be performed with other team members. Will perform generalgroundskeeping and landscape maintenance such as mowing, fertilizing,irrigating, raking, weeding, trimming trees and shrubs, planting andtransplanting flowers, clearing brush, and applying herbicide/pesticide.Perform minor facility maintenance tasks to include;carpentry, painting, plumbing, and fence repair. Clean and re-stockrestrooms, collect and dispose of garbage, and perform litter patrol.Move, set up and take down tables and chairs, and otherequipment/material for various functions. Maintain and repair courseamenities. Operate and maintain various equipment and vehicles used for job.Respond to questions from visitors, and provide general assistance asneeded. Perform other related duties as assigned. Work will done mainlyoutdoors with some indoor work. Normal associated exposure to job hazards;weather, chemicals, motorized equipment, sharp and heavy equipment.

　　WAGES:$44,907-$49,152 a year depending on experience Paid twice monthly.

　　SHIFT & DURATION: This is a Full-time position ofapproximately 40 hours per week. Exact days and hours will be assigned byemployer. Job will last until fall.
