ResponsibilitiesProducts owner for HR dashboard. Partner with IT to continue build of HR dashboard/reporting in Power BIThis includes metrics such as turnover, stability, retention, hires, terms, and headcount
Along with IT, manages the planning, development, and implementation of each PhaseWorks with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritize requirements for each Phase (at a segment and Enterprise level)Responsible for change management - gatekeeper for changes to the dashboardFocuses on developing and maintaining reporting and analytics processes to support Company's enterprise financial and human resources metricsWorks with large datasets from multiple sourcesResponsible for ad hoc requests from multiple Financial and HR systemsResponsible for monthly metric data loaded into Oracle FusionWorks with Senior Management to align on all HR Metric calculations (to include at a minimum Operations leadership, CHRO, and CFO)Defines standard metric calculations for the Enterprise and each SegmentCreates a Data Dictionary with all terminology and calculation detail (to include source of data and specific calculation for each metric)Assists and/or provides data to HR leaders to explain variances in various defined HR metricsCreates customized metric reports for business partners and/or senior leaders, as neededRuns weekly PAF report for FP&A and CFO and others as neededRole will interface with senior operations leadership, general managers, and Executive leadership to present and explain trends in HR metrics
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent work experienceUnderstanding of HR/people data, project management, data governance, basic accounting, timekeeping, financial analysis, and reportingFive plus years building business intelligence and analytics solutionsExperience with relational databases and SQLExperience with financial systems, such as Oracle and Workday PlanningExperience with, and knowledge of, HR systems, such as ADP and iCIMSWorking knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Oracle Business Intelligence, TableauComprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerpointMicrosoft Excel power user, including pivot tables, macros, array formulas, data tables, m odel buildingExperience in working with large databases and data sourcesExperience building and maintaining analytic data setsMaintain strict confidentiality around compensation related dataAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneouslyReliable, accountable, accurate and self-motivated
