Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Houston, Texas. The chosen candidate will join our team within the industry, providing efficient services and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle hiring needs across the US and Canada, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Post job vacancies, making sure to collaborate closely with managers to ensure the accuracy of job descriptions.

• Carry out initial screening of potential candidates, ensuring they align with the company's needs.

• Schedule interviews for potential candidates, ensuring a seamless communication process.

• Assist in conducting interviews with managers, providing support throughout the hiring process.

• Generate potential job offers, ensuring they meet the needs of both the company and the candidate.

• Provide support in the immigration process, liaising with our immigration firm when necessary.

• Respond to inquiries from employees and managers, providing accurate and timely information.

• Guide employees and managers on HR policies and processes, ensuring they are properly implemented.

• Carry out other HR-related tasks as required, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Requirements • Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is expected

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential

• Expertise in Ceridian will be an added advantage

• Experience with Dayforce is highly desirable

• Knowledge of About Time is a must

• The candidate should have a strong background in auditing

• Should be able to conduct thorough background checks

• Proficiency in handling benefit functions is required
