　　Job Title: Associate Director of Paid Social

　　Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid

　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Paid Social in Dallas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful paid social campaigns across various platforms.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

　　Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

　　Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies in the paid social space.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

　　Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.

　　Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in paid social.

　　Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

　　Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid social campaigns.

　　Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively.

　　Effective communication and collaboration skills.

　　Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
