JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under thedirection of the HR Manager, the HR - Coordinator play a pivotal role inSupporting the Human Resources department by executing variousadministrative tasks and coordinating HR functions. This positioninvolves managing employee records, and provides primary administrativesupport to the Human Resource department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide generaladministrative support to the HR department, including filing, scanning,photocopying, and managing correspondence. Assist in the preparation ofHR reports, audits and presentations Ensure compliance with dataprotection regulations Serve as point of contact for employee inquiriesand direct them to appropriate HR personnel Assist in the resolution ofbasic employee relation issues such as assigning employee badges Assistwith Employee Onboarding of new hire documents as well as Offboardingdocuments for terminations Assist in ensuring the company\'s compliancewith relevant employment laws and regulations and any changes to HR lawsand policies Follow and comply with all safety and work rules andregulations.
