　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

　　Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

　　Administrative Expertise: Proficiency in HR administrative tasks and processes.

　　HR Management Knowledge and Expertise: Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

　　HR Strategy Creation & Execution: Ability to contribute to and execute HR strategies.
