POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading a broad range of HR responsibilities for all ELC brands, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, engagement, learning & development, compliance, employee programs. The Retail HRBP will work with Corporate HR Manager and with the field management in developing and implementing the employee strategy, creating the culture and driving the strategy.
DESCRIPTION
· Support the Sales Managers in finding the best talent for our stores and commercial teams, anticipating recruitment needs.
· Manage the entire recruitment process, from the profile analysis to final interviews and new hire process.
· Assistance in resolving employee’s queries, conflicts, and grievances. Provide support to Sales Managers and employees on HR-related issues.
· Implement and ensure compliance with labour regulations within the Company.
· Establishes relations with employees’ representatives and unions, promoting a good social climate. Participate in trimestral an extraordinary union meeting.
· Provide technical assistance and guidance on labour inspections topics.
