  As a HR Business Partner, Algeria, you shall act as a people advisor, strategic partner, and change agent, being the intersection of strategy, organization, and talent, aligning HR interventions with business strategic direction and short- & long-term needs - balancing strategy and execution with an in-depth business understanding.

  Lead and promote organizational evolution, managing the implementation and execution of HR initiatives, providing advice & coaching to leaders to achieve GSK ambition.

  Act as the frontline of GSK's talent strategy, being able to reframe those in terms of talent and employee experience.

  Manage complexity through a combination of clear communications, relationship building, and proactive management of networks, resulting in a high level of influence over key decisions regarding talent and people.

  This role will ensure that the mandated Quality Management Systems and local Regulatory requirements for LOC are met.

   Key Responsibilities: Partner with Algeria leadership Team to align HR strategy to business strategy.Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.Deliver cultural transformation/change projects in line with the HR and business agenda.Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on a variety of people related topics.Drive the Talent Management and Development agenda.Execute local risk activity including audits, country-level mitigation plans, QA toolkits & privacy.Manage IR and ER issues in partnership with the local leadership and regional ER team.Act as a key HR delivery channel at a country level for initiatives developed by the HR CoEs. Work as OneHR to deliver HR solutions with excellence to the Business.Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; etc.Why you?

  We English, Arabic and French Level: Advanced.High learning agilityEffective presentation and communication skillsAbility to build robust relationships with stakeholders.Ability to influence in a complex, matrix organization.Broad HR experience, including a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines as Talent Management, Culture, Leadership and Capabilities development and Performance Management, with strong ability to translate HR knowledge into impactful actions.Demonstrated ability to work as a strategic partner with several functions and different organizational levels.Experience in Managing HR Projects, tracking key project milestones, deliverable and metrics aligned to HR objectives.Experience working with data to create insight and diagnose future HR needs and opportunities.Very good knowledge of labor laws in Algeria.Industrial relation experience.Why GSK?
