About HR Business Partner

  Regular interaction with their respective Business Unit Manager and second level managers to have full awareness of the performance of the BU, concerns and requirements in regard to HR support.Lead from HR perspective the full implementation process of new policies, HR processes.Focus on pro-active talent sourcing and talent networking.Participate in selection process of key and critical roles.Monitor quality of the recruitment & selection in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team.Monitor the quality of the succession planning and work with the management to implement the required learning & development activities,Perform specific research in regard to market competitive remuneration & benefits.Advise and take lead in regard to communication and change projects with impact on employees.Lead disciplinary procedures against employees.Actions all administration in relation to subsidies or other legal requirements. Monitors and advises on the quality delivery of HR administration.Represent the HR department at Management Meeting.Leads the cooperation with Educational Institutions overall BU's and interact with Governmental organization to have expertise in regard to talent and subsidized programs.

  Your Skills and Experiences

  Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business or Human Resources

  Must have 5 to 10 years extensive leadership experience.

  Experience in HR or Project Management is an advantage

  Possesses effective leadership communication skills.

  Strategic thinking, Project and Change Management, Problem analysis,

  Highly analytical in terms of HR KPI and results

  Microsoft application and Internet Savvy
