With you we will
Build strong relationships with site leaders to attract and develop top talent for our success
Leverage your pragmatic approach and change management expertise to manage succession planning, organizational design, and training leadership strategies
Design and implement successful competency frameworks for enhancing employee skills and awareness
Enhance employee experience and engagement through targeted initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging
Establish strong, customer-facing relationships with key stakeholders on site and globally
You have
University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/Management/HR
Ability to offer insights and support in areas such as talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics for informed decision-making and process improvements
Strong business acumen and understanding of HR industry trends and best practices
Ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a positive work culture
Respect for various cultures within Nestle, with upper-intermediate/advanced English (spoken & written) proficiency
Upper-Intermediate/advanced knowledge of English (spoken & written)
