  What you’ll do:

  As a member of the Canadian leadership team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement the People Plan for Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams in Canada, to support the strategic growth of the business

  Educate, coach and partner leaders in the business to drive performance

  Offer thought leadership on organization and people-related issues

  Serve as the face of the people function with senior leaders in Canada, bringing in and partnering with specialist expertise from across the people function, to deliver the right solutions to achieve our business objectives and create an environment in which people feel motivated and engaged

  Use data and analytics to drive decision making and recommend solutions to improve performance

  Lead change management projects, identify resource needs, and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning

  You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  Hold a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR or equivalent, with a proven track record in business partnering with senior leaders.

  Proven track record as a People/HR professional, collaborating with global business areas and contributing to business strategy.

  Strong commercial acumen, understand the lagging and leading indicators that drive performance. Developing People Plans aligned with a deep understanding of business drivers and environments.

  Measurable improvement in business performance through the execution of commercially aligned People practices.

  S uccessful management of international or complex projects and expertise in leading large-scale change projects, addressing resistance effectively

  Exceptional communication and presentation skills, influencing senior leaders, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
