KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Organizational Effectiveness to join our Talent and Culture organization.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with Organizational Effectiveness CoE colleagues to develop and implement resources, including toolkits, frameworks, and best practices, to empower HR Business Advisors and business leaders across the organizationBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across BPG, Talent & Culture, and other functions across the firm; work with HR Business Advisors and business leaders in a highly matrixed organization to develop and execute strategies, programs, and initiatives for BPG professionalsProvide targeted organizational effectiveness support to BPG, optimizing its structure, processes, and overall effectiveness to align with broader organizational goalsSpearhead solutions for designing or re-engineering organizations, driving high-performance teams, and managing large-scale organizational changesConduct organizational analysis, emphasizing data-driven insights, to understand root causes of performance issues and opportunitiesTake ownership of tasks, coordinate internal resources, and lead communications strategies to facilitate change management for BPG talent initiatives; manage and implement high visibility projects from ideation through implementation with strong change enablement implicationsQualifications:Minimum eight years of recent relevant work experience as an organizational effectiveness professional or related; specialization in one or more of the following areas preferred: Behavioral Insights and Design, Organizational Design, and/or Workforce Planning/ShapingBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in human resource management, organizational development, business administration, or work experience; preferably Master's degree from an accredited college/university in an HR-related field, or PHR/SPHR certificationComprehensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles; ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners and employees of the firmAble to coach and train individuals in critical HR competenciesCapability to effectively negotiate with and influence clientsProficiency with PeopleSoft and Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
