　　Randstad is recruiting for HR Administrator for a client in Broward County. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. My client offers full benefits and a relaxed culture. Candidates ideally should have 1+ years of HR experience. We can consider candidates with Coordinator or Administrative experience looking to advance in their careers. 　　Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, company policies and general employee concerns

　　Onboard new employees including screenings, i9 and documentation

　　Host new hire orientations and resent policies and benefits

　　Enter and update employee data into HRIS

　　Support Open Enrollment

　　Gathering and compliling employee personnel records and uploading digital records to employee profiles in UKG Pro
