Clinical Supervisor Nursing, UHS Senior Living at Ideal United Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Nursing to join our Nursing Admin 05 department at UHS Senior Living at Ideal in Endicott, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

　　$40.87 - $62.19 per hour, depending on experience.

　　Overview

　　Acts on behalf of the Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and hospital administrators in dealing with Nursing and operational issues by facilitating communication and problem-solving and by providing guidance, direction, education, and support to the nursing employees while observing, assessing and evaluation the quality of care provided for patients.

　　Qualifications

　　Education/Experience

　　Minimum Required:

　　A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

　　Three (3) years of progressive Nursing experience.

　　Preferred:

　　Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing

　　Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting

　　License/Certification

　　Minimum Required:

　　Current New York State Registered Nurse License

　　CPR within 3 months of hire

　　Preferred:

　　Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration)

　　ACLS certification
