We are seeking to hire a Housing Clinical Supervisor to help lead our team to help provide physical and mental services, substance abuse treatment and education to American Indians and Alaskan Natives.
Requirements:
Experienced with housing
Familiar/experienced with vulnerable populations, preferably Native American populations
Experience supervising others
Knowledge using HMIS (Hud System) preferred
Masters Degree
QMHP Certification
Must be able to pass a background check, drug panel screening (including marijuana)

Day to Day:
You will never have a day the same as before.
You will be responsible for supporting staff both from in office and in the field.
You will be “putting out fires” as they arise, outreach with staff and clients, 1:1’s, scheduled meetings, and weekly meetings with supervisors
Pay and Benefits:
Salary: $72,000 - $85,000
Hiring Bonus! - $5,000
In addition to benefits, trainings, continuing education and the opportunity to attend different conferences.
Shift/Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8a-4p or 9a-5p (flexible here, depending on the candidate). Both in office and in the field, accompanied by staff while in the field.
Some evenings or weekends (during events)
No on-call component as of right now

Side by side training
Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
