　　We have an exciting opportunity in our Conference and Banqueting team as a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities!

　　Main Duties-

　　Promoting a welcoming environment

　　Communicate with guests, other employees and other department to ensure guests need are met

　　Support the operations and supervise the running of the event

　　Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment

　　Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating and coaching employees

　　Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role

　　What do you need to apply?

　　You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have experience within the conference and banqueting sector. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
