The Registered Nurse Pharmacy ACD helps monitor, audit, and maintain the pharmaceuticals in the office collaborating with the team to identify and implement solutions when necessary.

　　Position Qualifications:

　　1-2 years of experience in Hospice Required

　　1 year of leadership experience

　　Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals

　　Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

　　Active unencumbered state RN license
