Operating as a Senior Accountant, you will be in a Fixed Asset Accountant role responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Put together monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Function with business partners to ensure compliance with procedures and controls, corporate accounting policies, and provide support on special requests

　　Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

　　Participate in various initiatives spanning multiple departments

　　Arrange quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　An endless desire to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Analyze financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)

　　Requirements

　　Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Aptitude for analyzing financial data and generating accurate reports in a timely manner

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　Proven knowledge of Depreciation Schedule

　　Well-founded grasp of Asset Inventory

　　Fixed Asset Inventory experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of SAP

　　Practical knowledge of Corporate Tax Return

　　General ledger experience highly desired

　　Quality experience with Daily Reconciliation

　　Strong familiarity with Fixed Asset Accounting

　　General familiarity with auditing

　　Microsoft Excel experience required

　　Demonstrated skills in interacting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with functional managers

　　This position requires financial reporting systems proficiency

　　Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

　　Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

　　Experience in SOX control execution/documentation

　　Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Efficient in ERP systems

　　Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired

　　3+ years of overall general accounting experience
