Salary:

$80-100k

Overview :

This position operates and maintains microtome and tissue processing equipment to provide optimum quality slides and assists with quality management and inventory duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, standard working hours

Responsibilities:

Organizing workload

Accessioning specimens

Tissue embedding, cutting, and staining

Qualifications:

BS in Biology or related field

1+ years of histological work experience including FFPE tissue sectioning and frozen tissue sectioning

Must be able to verbally demonstrate an understanding of basic histology principles
