　　TheProduction Managerreports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS). TheProduction Managerwill help the Plant Manager to develop and implement process improvement practices through monitoring and measuring key processes. TheProduction Managerwill help the Plant Manager to strengthen the team by emphasizing cooperation and communication practices that build a positive and rewarding environment.

　　Some key objectives for your Role as Production Manager:

　　Provide leadership to all personnel to ensure that sound production and maintenance principles are applied across the departments resulting in improved operations.Work with the EHS Manager to ensure implementation and improvement of the company-wide safety system including internal inspections, training, assurance of compliance, and revisions.Analyses, monitors, and evaluates the performance of production and warehouse departments.In coordination with each department manager, supervise each department to coordinate manpower, facilities, equipment, raw materials, and shipping to ensure that material is produced on time while optimizing each step process.Develop and adhere to a budget for each responsible department to maximize operations and profitability.Work with the Plant Manager to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures through all departments. Help to guarantee the security of plant and property through own actions or actions of production and maintenance groups. Responsible for the development and disciplinary action of subordinates.Work with the Director of Maintenance to ensure the optimization of machine performance and therefore overall processes. Helps to identify issues and coordinate actions for necessary maintenance with the direction of the Plant Manager.Some qualifications include:

　　Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in supervision and management of a manufacturing facility.Bachelors degree is preferred but will forego if all other requirements are metSpanish as a second language is a plusIntermediate proficiency using MS Office, especially Excel and Word.Minimum of basic electrical and mechanical knowledgeExcellent attention to detailISO experience, GMP, and GFSI experience are a plus.If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you today!Our hiring process that you will go through is an example of the type of organizatio al process and procedures that we employ throughout our organization.
