  AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the roles of Food Service Workers, Cooks, Dishwashers, Catering Workers, and some management positions! All hourly position starting at $16/hrandup! We are looking for 1st and 2nd Shiftavailability!

  We will be at our Hebron, KY Branch on Tuesday, January 30th from 1PM-4PM. The address is 1845 Airport Exchange Blvd, Building B, Suite 100 Erlanger, KY 41018. Please contact Sydney Berman at

  Food Service Worker Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage

  Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils

  Interact with guests in the serving, retail and dining areas

  Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests

  Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures

  Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties

  Cook Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience

  Assemble, combine, and cook ingredients

  Maintain a sanitary kitchen

  Attend to the detail and presentation of each order

  Place and expedite orders

  Prepare ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients

  Complete hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients

  Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

  Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items

  Stores leftovers according to established standards

  Contribute to daily, holiday, and theme menus in collaboration with the team

  Dishwasher Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dish machine or by hand

  Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition

  Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas

  May be responsible for receiving product from vendors, organize stock

  Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas

  Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler

  Catering Worker Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  Deliver requested foods and beverages to the event location

  Set up all foods and beverages in a professional appearance and logical manner, ensuring all condiments and service ware are available as needed

  Ensure all services are cleaned up at the end of the event or requested pick-up time

  Breakdown all products retrieved from catered events

  Maintain cleanliness of catering areas and ensure routine cleaning and maintenance of catering vehicles

  Restock all catering supplies and makes note of any items that need to be ordered

  Other duties as required and assigned

  Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  Provide leadership to the team members so that each team member consistently meets our standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness

  Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for sales growth, food cost, labor, and all other controllable costs

  Participate in team member meetings and training programs; provide coaching to team members as needed

  Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards

  Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of individuals, ranging from client contacts and company executives, to hourly team members

  Provide prompt, accurate and professional responses, guidance and information to clients and company management as needed or requested

  Previous food service experience preferred

  Strong work ethic

  Ability to communicate with other team members and other departments with professionalism and respect

  Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives
