Do you thrive on using your expertise to improve and scale tech stacks while revolutionizing patient care on a national level? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team.  As an AI Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's operations and driving innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage advanced AI technologies, shape our entire tech stack, drive innovation, and transform patient care nationwide. This is an on site role at the LMMC Holdings corporate office.

　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

　　Develop AI Solutions: Utilize your expertise in marketing, finance, and operations to design and develop advanced AI algorithms and models. Drive the implementation of machine learning, data analysis, and algorithm development techniques to solve complex problems and optimize business operations. 

　　Marketing Optimization: Apply your marketing AI knowledge to develop innovative solutions that enhance patient segmentation, personalized marketing campaigns, and patient journey optimization. Utilize machine learning and natural language processing techniques to analyze patient behavior, extract insights, and optimize marketing strategies. 

　　Financial Analysis and Optimization: Apply your knowledge of financial AI to develop sophisticated algorithms and models for financial forecasting, risk management, fraud detection, and investment analysis. Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to analyze financial data, predict market trends, and optimize financial strategies. 

　　Scale and Optimize Tech Stack: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess our current tech stack and identify opportunities for improvement and scalability. Provide valuable input and recommendations to enhance AI capabilities, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiencies. 

　　Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Develop AI solutions that streamline operations, automate manual tasks, and enhance overall productivity. 

　　Patient Service Enhancement: Utilize AI technologies to revolutionize the patient experience. Develop AI-driven solutions for patient sentiment analysis, chatbots, and personalized recommendations, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and loyalty. 

　　Data Analysis: Conduct extensive data analysis and exploration to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve AI system performance. Apply statistical techniques and data mining methodologies to extract actionable information from large and complex datasets.  

　　Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations stakeholders, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members across various departments. 

　　Algorithm Development and Testing: Test, design and implement novel algorithms and techniques to solve challenging AI problems. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.  

　　Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate the functionality and effectiveness of AI models and systems. Identify and address any issues or limitations, ensuring seamless integration and deployment. 

　　Documentation and Reporting: Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure clarity and reproducibility of AI projects. Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing the impact of your solutions on business performance and customer satisfaction. 

　　Ethical Considerations: Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, taking into account privacy, security, and fairness considerations. Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to AI implementation.  

　　Qualifications: 

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field.  Minimum of 5 years of experience.  Years of experience may be supplemented in lieu of education.   

　　Technical Skills: Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing, finance, and operational AI solutions. Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques. Expertise in marketing analytics, financial analysis, forecasting, and operational optimization. Proficient programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. 

　　Industry Experience: Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in marketing, finance, and operational contexts. Familiarity with customer service-based industries is highly desirable. 

　　Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies. Experience in data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing, financial, and operational strategies. 

　　Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into AI solutions. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

　　Innovation and Adaptability: Passion for innovation, research, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields. Ability to think creatively, explore new ideas, and adapt to changing technologies and business requirements. 

　　Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
