Kforce has a client that is seeking a High Split QA Analyst in Charlotte, NC.Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through a combination of manual and automated testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
High Split QA Analyst will perform thorough manual testing of software applications to identify bugs, defects, and issues
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability
Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
As a High Split QA Analyst, you will collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve reported issues
Stay updated on industry best practices, testing tools, and emerging technologies
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Strong proficiency in manual testing, test case design, and execution
Solid experience in automated testing using Playwright and TypeScript
Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of telecom/cable industry processes and systems is a plus
Nice to Have:
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Knowledge of testing in Agile/Scrum development environments
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
